Mbala Christian Leadership Training Centre (MCLTC)
Located in Mbala Zambia, this partnership ministry has become the keystone for ministries in the region, with the purpose of training Servant Leaders modeled after Christ. Lee Albaugh serves as a member of the Centre's Board and NESteam is the primary funder for ministries. A 2 year ministry program is the base of the Centre but Life Skills training has become an increasingly important part of their training. Mbala Christian Leadership Training Centre
Mapalo Centre
Growing out of the Mbala Centre, we praise God for a new Centre now being built half way between Mbala and Mpulungu. This new Centre will add Life Skills training in Forestry, Agriculture and health. Donation of the land by a Zambian partner, and the securing of a grant from the Beit Trust in London have launched construction. Mapalo Centre! Pray for God's Provision to complete the task! We believe thousands will be ministered to from this Place of Grace!
In Kasama, Zambia, NESteam partners with a ministry to a high risk village. Assistance with development needs and church planting in rural areas of the Northern Province of Zambia

Geoffrey Mwananshiku in Training
NESteam believes in training leaders for the church. Geoffrey is a proven leader in Zambia with a calling to ministry. NESteam supports Geoffrey at the Theological College of Central Africa. Geoffrey is a member of the MCLTC board, and his wife Mary is a teacher with the dream of one day building a Christian school in Chililabombwe, Zambia.
Church Building Projects
NESTeam has funded church building and ministry projects in a number of rural, and town, locations. Extreme poverty limits the ability of churches to build places of worship. Presently we are partnering with the Malamba Village Church and the Kakondo village church to build.
Ministry Income Generating Projects
NESteam believes in generating resources from within the country of ministry. For this reason, we have funded projects that produce income for ministries. These projects not only provide income for ministries, but also help local communities.
Tupuze Care Centre
Under the Training Centre, Tupuze Centre ministers to at risk young people who are orphans. Tupoze 800,000 children are orphans in Zambia.
Ministries focus on keeping the orphans in homes, and giving them schooling and skills that can help them survive in a land where 20% of children born will not reach the age of 5 years old.
Under MCLTC, Life Skills Training has become a key ministry. NESTeam helps fund these programs that include discipleship and training in programs of carpentry, tailoring and computer skills. At the new Mapalo Centre will be added farming, forestry and health.
